1. Check whether the whole machine and accompanying accessories meet the packing list when packing.

2. Check if the firmware of each part of the host is loose.

3. It is necessary to make the damping element in the corresponding position during installation.

4. After the height and level of the vibrating plate are adjusted, the base is fixed on the fixed plate or bracket.

5. It is necessary to leave a proper gap between the exit of the vibrating plate and the connected equipment, so as not to affect the normal operation of the vibrating plate.

6. Connect the electrical plug of the vibrating plate with the electrical control box, turn on the power, turn on the switch, and slowly turn the potentiometer.

Gradually reach the required amount of feed. The last thing to note is that the potentiometer must be adjusted to the lowest value before starting the machine to avoid damage to the thyristor.
